Practitioner Online Course: Secrets of the Foot In order to meet Moshe’s ideal--that our skeleton serves to give us the experience of being weightless if we take advantage of ground reaction forces--Feldenkrais practitioners need to know how to optimize the contact with the ground while standing, sitting, and walking. It helps if we grasp how the arches of the feet are dynamically formed as we move from sitting to standing, standing to sitting, and in walking. With that understanding, we can become more specific with how we work with people’s feet as a part of FI lessons. In this workshop, you will:

As with any practice, we begin again, and again, and again. To participate in this online class, you'll need a computer, Internet access, microphone, and webcam that meet the specifications listed here. Attendees will receive a recording of the workshop.
