Annual Public Awareness Through Movement® Summer Intensive: Utilizing ATM to Develop Personal Freedom

Come to "camp" this summer!

Habits are necessary for life—they make our lives possible and efficient. But they are only useful to us as long as we have the integrity to be able to change them for our own benefit.

Key to uncovering habits of action that affect the quality of our lives is the ability to discriminate and discover exactly how we engage in habits that are harmful to us, or work against our well-being.

With the Feldenkrais Method's Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons, we have the opportunity to learn how to learn. We learn to make distinctions in how we move and act. We learn to watch and be attentive to how habits of movement form. We learn to sense how we initiate action. Through this practice we can learn to improve how we engage in any habit of thinking and action.

This workshop will help you bring unconscious actions into the foreground so you can see, experience, utilize, let go of, or incorporate a new sense of wholeness and well-being that makes life more delicious and full.

Please join us and learn to find the greater sense of life and fulfillment that the freedom from unwanted habits brings.

Open to first-timers, old-hands and experienced practitioners.

Attendees will receive a recording of the workshop.

Cost includes 10% nonrefundable deposit.
