Practitioner Advanced Training: Seeing the Whole Person

Understanding the Basic Biological Principles that Support the Complexity of Functional Integration

How do we as Feldenkrais practitioners support the complexity of the whole person? How can we look at people’s movement patterns, and also take in the emotional state of a person? In this advanced training, we will explore the underlying basic biological principles that support these complexities, including understanding your own self organization and distribution of effort.

For those who attended Jeff's Minnesota advanced training in 2023, this will be a continuation of our learning. Concepts will include understanding the value of our support from the ground up, organizing the central axis, and supporting a person’s head.

For those who did not attend in 2023, this material can stand on its own. Jeff is known for his ability to hold the space for everyone in the room. With his depth of knowledge, he has so much to offer everyone, no matter your current stage of learning and practicing. Jeff is also offering a deep discount on a recorded training that covers the concepts taught last year for those who may be interested.

An optional fourth day of training will be offered on Sunday, May 26, at 9:30am. This day will be for participants to receive an FI from Jeff. Those not receiving FI are welcome to observe the full day of FI + discussion for $50. Jeff will give up to five FI on Saturday at $200 per person. There will be a lottery to choose who will receive an FI from those interested. If you are chosen to receive an FI, your fee for the entire day is $200, including observation of the other FI.

Open to 20 Feldenkrais® practitioners and graduates.

$500 early bird if paid by March 1; $525 after March 1
